"Works very well including for the more difficult materials like silk where it's really gentle. Took me a while to get used to this dryer vs. my old vented one as there was a slight humidity to the cottons when they came out, but that disappeared after no time at all when taken out and if I need to there is the good option to select extra dry settings "

"A really good quality product. It is taking us a while to get used to a heat pump dryer it takes longer than our old dryer. We have had to replace a possibly dangerous vented dryer, which was faster but much hotter. Only time will tell if the electric bill will be reduced by its extra efficiency. Clothes are definitely softer. Excellent for drying bedding such as duvet covers the last one just rolled them into a ball. I hope it lasts as long as our AEG freezer which is 20 years old and still going strong. "

"Very quiet and efficient with automatic programmes for the different types, measuring the size of the load and using a humidity sensor to reduce drying times.
However, on very small loads, the humidity sensor does not sense humidity in the load and it switches off before clothes are dry. Easy to get over by setting a timed programme but the controls are not very intuitive for doing this."
