"I have now owned one of these for 4 years. It is good that they have a 5 year warranty because you will need it. I have had the motor repaired, the computer changes , a pump changed and next week I will be on my 6th repair visit to replace the whole bottom section including the heat pump. You do not expect that kind of down time with a premium product. I asked for a replacement machine after the third repair but they refuse to replace it and keep on changing bits of it. I did not expect this kind of down time from an expensive premium product and thought they would be embarrassed by this level of unreliability. However they did not even reply to my last email to them. I should have spent a bit extra and got something reliable like a Miele or Korean machine. Also when it is working it is so careful not to damage clothes that it takes ages to dry them. "

"There’s a bit of pump and compressor noise, but we don’t hear it through a single closed internal door. You can open the door at any point during the cycle, and it keeps things rotating at the end to avoid creases.
The website lists this unit as not coming with a drainage kit, but I was pleasantly surprised to find one enclosed in the drum. My only issue with this is that the instructions ask you to anchor the pipe to one of two positions using a screw, however there isn’t a suitable screw at either position. I think it might be a generic diagram, which isn’t appropriate for this specific model, as the instructions came in a separate kit to the main manual.
I have had the unit flash up indicating the water tank is full (though I disabled the indicator), which I think is due to the occasional back feeding of water. I plan to buy a stick on anchor to correctly route the cable and see if that helps - that’s the only reason I have marked it down a star. "
"I had read that this was an overall good appliance but nothing outstanding. I have to disagree as I love this tumble dryer. At last a dryer that is not only simple to use but dries uniformly across mixed loads. Washing not only comes out dry but also still smells as fresh too. After having nightmares with other heat exchange machines this has restored my faith "
