"Looks good. But installation guy said there was something wrong with the preset timings - quick wash was coming up as 3.5hours - this is bonkers. Not great for a brand new machine. His solution was to manually switch it to spin/rinse and that would speed it up - every time I used it. Equally bonkers suggestion! Waiting an engineer’s visit. "

"Really easy to install. Great range of programmes and energy saving features. So much quieter than our old machine, we can now hold a conversation whilst its on the spin cycle. There are loads of options with the drying cycles too "
"First ever washer dryer, I'm delighted. Going from a budget (But modern, 1 year old) option after moving into new flat taught me two lessons- Air drying laundry isn't fun inside (Especially in winter) and cheap washing machines do not wash your clothes properly.
First, this machine simply feels like every aspect has been meticulously engineered, from the emergency drain to the shape of door seal- But it better be for the price.
Now who uses different wash options on their washing machine? This one they are actually useful! Cotton wash is long and thorough, quick wash is well quick. Steam option is lovely to refresh small garments in 20 mins. All the delicate options are actually delicate. Woollen jumper comes out as soft as it goes in, you can get away with (They don't recommend) washing dry clean only wool trousers! Viscose shirts? No probs It's great! Life's easier! Simply put, it washes stuff, well.
Drying isn't quite perfect on the heavier end of loads (Bedding sets & sheets in one) However worse case I've had is duvet cover needed hanging over a door for an hour. Stuff isn't creased like in my last tumble dryer.

"This is the second AEG washer dryer I have had - I like the touch controls and how easy the programmes are to use. This is also a nice quiet machine to use and I would recommend this appliance wholeheartedly. "

"Before I share my experience let me say this is no way a reflection on Ao, who were very professional and helpful.I bought this machine in August 2019 and I do a lot of washing and drying as I have 4 adults at home one of which is a nurse.The machine went wrong in November 2020 as It wouldn’t calculate the time needed to dry a load.As the machine is under 2 years warranty I called out AEG it takes at least 20 hanging on the phone line to contact them, if you can and they don’t cut you off.I have had four visits and they still have not rectified the problem, awaiting my 5 in January.All the while I’ve had to rely on a friend to dry my bedding as this has gone on for 2 months now.If you take anything from this review do not buy anything from AEG as the after service is awful."
