"The purchasing was very easy with great delivery time, the unit arrived very well packaged offering excellent protection, the delivery team was fantastic, they unpacked the unit and kindly placed in position.
The fridge freezer has superb layout with plenty of shelves and racks offering ample storage facilities, after suitable resting from transportation (as advised) it was plugged into the mains and we were able to load the freezer within two hours of plugging it in. The unit arrived with a water filter and a few fittings for the water connection and clear instructions on how to proceed, once this was completed, the ice maker was producing ice on no time.
Overall, we are very happy with the Hisense unit, we feel that we made the right choice including the buying experience from AO.com. I would strongly recommend Hisense & AO.com"
