"unresponsive touch sensor controls, Elements fail quickly, the hydro wash system is a gimmick and doesn't help clean the oven. it just basically boils some water in the botom of the oven. The oven Cooks ok but it is overcomplicated. I'm looking for a replacement as ours has bitten the dust and is only just over 2 years old. I expected more reliability for this price."

"Regrettable decision. This Oven perfectly sums up the need to create solutions to problems that didn’t exist. Not intuitive to use at all with a need to program upfront like you would a microwave with heat and time, after which it turns off!? So forget thinking I’ll just leave that roast or pizza for a few more minutes, nope you need to program it again. Had to buy a separate timer so I can use that instead to force the oven to stay on until I’m done. "
