"Seems solid cooker but everything below the hob has basic functions. As for the induction hob, if you've never used one before they take a bit of getting used too especially the speed at which it heats things up very fast. The top is a lot easier to clean than gas and had to change a few pan's that even though they were stainless steel were not magnetic so didn't work with induction. Had our last range type cooker 20 years we'll see how long this one lasts time will tell. "
