"Will take more than 3 times the average oven to cook the food, must leave on full heat to cook very basic food for very long time and then you get burnt top and raw in middle.will not recommend. "

"I only used the oven once after I had it installed as I came in hospital for major surgery two day later and I'm still recovering. The limited time I used it I was very satisfied especially cooking with electricity is new to me. I am disappointed that as it is a double oven it arrived with only 2 shelves, 1 for each oven. I have informed ao about it and been told to take my complaint to the manufacturers. I bought the oven from ao.com, not the manufacturer,s but have had no reply and i'm very disappointed with their lack of care."
