"Bought this oven to replace an old Indesit 10 years + that had been a great product. When I put this in place we observed the the grill element drooped either side but assumed it was ok. In use the grill would only work on full power for 5-7 minutes before it cut itself off for 5 minutes. The indesit repair guy said its because it did have 50mm of space on all sides! its a grill to front is open. Also how do you make this space on all sides, maybe it can float? The oven was weak in temperature and all cooking had to be down at none fan oven levels to finish cooking anywhere near to normal cooking times. Then more recently the oven stopped working and tripped the house electrics. Final straw I hate this cheap nasty product. Best part about this oven is that the scrap metal man has just taken it away after a year. Spend more buy something decent is my advice."

"Within one year of installation and use (just over one year since we bought the product since we had a new kitchen fitted) the fan motor broke, causing the filament to overheat, rending the fan over useless. An independent engineer advised of the faults, and also that replacement parts were not available as the product was so new and should not go wrong this quickly. After contacting Indesit, they refused to provide replacements parts unless their engineers carried out the repair at a minimum charge of £120. Disgusted by the customer service received and would not recommend using this company again."
