Service was excellent, the delivery people had to unpack it to get it through the front door and took away all the packaging for me free of charge. I also got the recycling of my old unit free of charge from the gentleman who phoned to confirm delivery and to ask me about extended insurance, when I told him what had happened to my previous oven he said he would take it away for recycling free of charge, which I thought was very nice of him. So no complaints from me thank you ao.com for your customer service it is excellent."
