"completely satisfied with the performance of my oven but very disappointed that it did not come complete with 3 shelves as it seems to with some other suppliers. now have to purchase another shelf"

"Very pleased with it but disappointed that there are only 2 shelves for the whole oven, 1 for each oven, I expected 2 shelves in the main oven and hope to be able to obtain an extra shelf. When catering for the family I use both ovens"
