"Simple instructions for installation, nice easy to use clock/timer, looks fantastic, oven cooks great roast spuds and the grill does excellent toast. What more could I ask for! 5***** all round. "

"Ordered the oven with no issues.
Afterwards i questioned with customer service team if i should have 3 shelves instead of 2, they confirmed 2 but spoke to manufacturer. Got me another shelf free of charge delivered 2 days later. Excellent customer service."
