"Having purchased several items from AO previously once again they provided a first class service together with an excellent product. The hobb is very stylish and simple to use. Also purchased a Neff oven which is fantastic. Delivery and take away service is excellent and driver and assistant were both polite and helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending AO."

"Ordered our Neff induction hob and were very pleased with it. It replaced an earlier model that had been smashed by accident, and this model is even better than the old power boost model and so easy to use."

"My previous hob went wrong Sunday 23rd of December, which was perfect timing. A.O. were the only people able to deliver a replacement hob the next day all other electrical retailers were working 2 weeks ahead, and none had a decent range to choose and collect from in-store. So the Neff hob was surely ordered, the delivery drivers were great and although they struggled to find the house rang so I could guide them in.
The hob itself was well packaged, undamaged, and came with excellent fitting instructions for installation. Once installed it worked perfectly helping save Christmas dinner. I think this hob is excellent value for money and would happily buy another."
