"Nice basic hob that was pretty easy to install as a replacement for a similar Bosch hob. This has a slightly deeper profile than my previous hob so needed some of the cabinet trimming to allow it to be slotted into place. Otherwise works fine, although a much louder beep when you press the buttons."

"The largest induction zone is at the front and the smallest at the back, therefore I have to lean over a large saucepan/steamer in order to make sauce/gravy in a small saucepan. It seems quite slow to boil water for vegetables unless I use boost in which case not all zones are usable. The hob is labeled as 3700W so I have changed the factory settings of the power management function to 3500W and it is a little better. When another pan is used the control settings change, resulting in things going off the boil and me having keep changing the heat settings to boil the water again. Also I would prefer the zones to be circles rather than dotted lines, but that was my fault for choosing it. My last induction hob (a different make) seemed much easier to manage."

"First time induction hob user. I cannot believe we left it so long! The Neff hob we have is quite basic but good enough for our needs, 2 mins to boil a saucepan of cold water and very controllable. Easy to fit as well and within 10 mins of opening the box, we were heating pans. Luckily, all of our existing pans have magnetic bases so are all induction ready and work really well. Cannot think of any negatives now, we put it to the test at the weekend with a full on Roast Dinner and it didn't fail to impress. Easy to clean and all in all, a great purchase!"
