"The item is very easy to use but the two only draw backs I can report are that the timer is a bit stiff to set up and when it goes off it much quieter than are old oven, so if am upstairs, you can't hear it"

"Pleased with service from ao.com from the moment I ordered the double oven. Grill takes a bit of time to heat up at first. Really pleased with purchase, would definitely buy same oven again. Little tip, keep bottom oven tray from old oven to put in this one. "

"Much quicker to heat up than my old Neff oven. ao website said it comes with 3 shelves. Only 2 arrived with oven. Indesit would not supply an extra one. Only downside to oven itself is the numbers do not stand out - no contrast against the black oven."
