"The oven itself is great value, however I was disappointed with the fact that it only comes with one main oven shelf !! It needs 2 shelves to be a practical appliance. We had to buy another one at cost. Was quoted £51 from hotpoint to buy another one directly from them . Ridiculous!! "

Fully fitted the day of delivery,and the delivery guys were great.
Overall I can't praise AO enough,customer service and the online ordering process was excellent.
Everything promised was indeed delivered to the letter.
