"We recently ordered a hob and oven from AO for a very competitive price and we opted to have the gas hob fitted by AO. They turned up at the time expected by two incredibly helpful delivery drivers. Unfortunately they realised that we had ordered the wrong type of oven and that the hob couldn’t be fitted due to an overhanging cabinet. The drivers gave us many options to fix our problem and what oven we should order. They also let us know we wouldn’t have to pay additional for the fitting which I was initially worried about.
They went away and we ordered our new oven and sorted out our overhanging cabinet. The day before the next delivery was due they told us that the hob has not been delivered to them and they were unable to fit it on our expected date (which is why I’ve only given 4* as it was a little inconvenient) but was happy they told us as soon as they knew. We managed to rearrange for delivery 2 days later. They came in and fitted our hob as expected and have done a brilliant job at it. We are very pleased with our purchase and the customer service we received. Thanks AO!"
