"Really powerful, neat and smart looking. It is noisy but then more power so to be expected. Noticeable difference between the speed settings. Can just have the lights on without the motor being on. Hotpoint should provide the round carbon filters for indoor filtering which fit on the end of the motor - I had to purchase these separately. Also, if your preference is for the outdoor filtering then this would have to be purchased separately. Does come with a carbon filter fixed to the metal grease filter. LED lights are great though due to the back slant, they face more to the back of my bench. The cable is not long either. Just reaches down a little below the cooker hood. The unit doesn’t stick out so no banging our heads on it. I’m pleased overall with how powerful it is and slick looks. I use mine without the chimney stack alike shown in Hotpoint’s video."
