"The product itself is good and looks good when mounted. Instructions for mounting weren't very clear but worked it out eventually. On operation it is quite noisy but it is a strong fan and the LED lighting is excellent and lights up the hob really well. All in all it is good value for money."

"Product looks pretty and blends into the new kitchen. Product instructions were clear and easy to follow. Upon installation though the extractor is insanely loud. Possibly because the clip which holds the screen in place rattles so much. To top it all there should be 3 fan speeds, however only max works. Even on max the filtration of steam isn't that good with the screen seemingly just diverting the steam to the ceiling rather than sucking it up into the filter. We're awaiting a repair so will possibly give it an extra star when the fan works as advertised, however at present it's as useful as a chocolate fireguard."
"AO priced matched all items that we wanted as we shopped around and also give free timed delivery. Delivery from AO is always a great service. My mom had a dishwasher from Argos last week and the delivery service was terrible as they failed to delivery on the day she had booked. I will only buy my appliances from AO."
