"The service was fantastic I couldn’t fault it. I’m giving 3 stars as I have had to have a few calls about the product as the fan makes an audible dip throughout the cooking process every 3 minutes. Hotpoint/Indesit have advised me this is completely normal and how the oven can obtain it’s energy efficiency rating of A. It’s not a big deal it just worries me every time I hear it. Good cooks perfectly. Love the look of the oven. Just a shame it has 1 rack but you can purchase another online. "
