"I would recommend when your oven is delivered to make the courier wait while you unwrap it because even though the outer polythene was intact the actual oven had a large dent on the back metal panel.
We needed this oven urgently so installed it and even with the dent it works perfectly and is very quiet compared to my old Zanusi oven.
