Runs a little cold

"Oven seems to run a lot colder than it should. I've only had it installed a couple of weeks and used it a few times. Each time, food is undercooked despite waiting light to turn off to indicate it's the right temp and leaving it in slightly longer than instructions. I'm underwhelmed."
