"Great performance. As an oven can't be faulted. Minor issue - alarm/timer is a bit too quiet for me. Volume can't be adjusted and the alarm doesn't last very long if you don't hear it initially. But the display does flash until you switch it off. Might be an issue in busy house or if hearing not what it was. The clock/timer is also a bit dull for me."

"Prompt delivery from ao as usual, little disappointed that we had to go buy cable to connect the oven as it did not come with one, although it says it will need to be fitted by an electrician, extra cost. Only comes with one shelf in each oven which is disappointing, if I had realised I would have kept extra from my old oven. Didn’t want to spend massive amount as doing kitchen in a year or so. Good value oven that does the job required. "

"It looks great . Both ovens heat fine but the fan oven makes the shelves rattle which is very annoying having to remove them every time . Easy to connect . "

"We originally ordered a different Hoover double oven but due to manufacturer's delivery problems - we were offered this model as an alternative. This model is better. Both ovens are bigger than I expected and I really like the fact that you can use them independently if cooking several different dishes. I am looking forward to using the steam facility for quick cleaning! The only issue we had was that the paper instruction manual was wedged into top corner of the lower oven and I did not see it until after I'd run it for 2 hours on maximum heat, as advised before 1st use to burn off protective coating!! I then saw burnt paper on bottom of oven & got on my hands & knees and saw the burnt residue of the manual!!! This could have been catastrophic and caused a fire! I've contacted Hoover directly about this issue. "
