"The cooker itself is amazing (I’ ve only had it a week, but I really like it a lot). BUT …… and for me it is a big BUT … I cannot get hold of a manual for it! It doesn’t come with a manual and I have spent literally hours trying to get one online. I have tried putting in the model name, and every combination of name and number I can find, but it just blanks me,. And as for phoning for help - I simply don’t have the spare time to try any more - twice have been on hold to Belling for over an hour, to absolutely no avail. Absolute rubbish. I can do all the basics with the ven but there are things that I need to know!"
