"This product will only work above 16centigrade! This means that if your central heating fails and the house gets cold your freezer will not work!
This, in my opinion ,should have been highlighted in the AO website but unfortunately its hidden in the technical blurb. The unit in m6 opinion is not fit for purpose in the Uk and should not be sold here. I really cannot be bothered to argue with AO more and have accepted, reluctantly, a partial refund."

"It is small but not as small as some other reviews imply. The main downside is that there are no handles. This is not a problem for the freezer which you can open from the top. The fridge however must be opened from the side which means you need to allow room for your fingers at the side. This means you cannot sit it right next to a kitchen unit: you need to leave a gap of 2-3cm."
