"I had not heard of this make before but did some searches and all reviews etc were very good. For years I've had Hotpoint appliances but I've got fed up with them going rusty so decided on a change. I must say I was a bit apprehensive but the fridge freezer is great , it looks good and is so quiet. The fridge is a good size as is the freezer I wasn't expecting so much space when it's only a 55cm width and it was a pleasant surprise.
Must admit it looks great too.
It was so easy to install after leaving for 4 hours, it was plug in and that was it. The wine rack is a great feature and I use it for pop bottles too. It comes with 2 egg racks and an ice tray with a lid love it. The strange white anti slip bottle thing is really quite useless.I have one in my caravan fridge and can't really understand what they are really for!
I love the top easy access top drawer in the freezer too and all the drawers are a good size the bottom drawer is very deep too. This freezer has a flat back and this is great as it sits well and is not a dust collector "

"Not only is this fridge freezer built in China but Hisense itself is a Chinese company. Not many white goods companies are actually based in China so I was surprised how good this particular fridge freezer reviews had received. I had renewed my fifteen year old British fridge freezer with another from the same British manufacturer but had to send it back after a week due to it being very noisy. With the ao.com reviews of the Hisense fridge freezer being very positive and especially reviewers saying how quiet it was, I decided to purchase one. Within a couple of days my new Hisense arrived and now after about three weeks of usage I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of the appliance and yes thankfully it is very quiet. I would definitely recommend the Hisense RB338N4EW1 to anyone."

"The Hisense fridge freezer is an excellent product, it's a lot larger than our old one it's got a two year warranty with a frost free feature, so saves on the defrost when it comes around!! The fridge has a wine rack and optimal temperature control as well as groves in the side compartments to hold bottles on place , the freezer has an easy access shelf as well a great product highly recommend considering I've never heard of the brand !!!"

"This is a cracking fridge freezer.
I hadn't heard of the make before I got this and I can honestly say that the quality is brilliant and would buy this make of appliance again.
Apart from the odd noise its very quiet, keeps the food nice and chilled and the freezer has enough room for a five person family.
There is plenty of room in both the fridge and freezer part and with even air flow in the fridge compartment your food is left nice and chilled and fresh.
In the freezer compartment you have two deep draws at the bottom that fit large amounts of food in, then above that you have a medium size draw that is around your standard size and then to top it off you have the easy approach draw at the very top which is a nice little feature to make things a little easier to get at.
The look of the product is very white and clean with black plastic handles that I find brilliant as our old fridge freezer had white handles and these became yellowish over time even though we are in a non smoking household.
The freezer is also frost free which is a big plus as having to defrost our old freezer was a pain especially if you had loads of food and nowhere to store it while it defrosted.
Also our old fridge used to get a build up of ice at the back and cover the drainage hole which then led to lots of water gathering under the salad crisper.
With this product it has even air flow to prevent the ice build up but also the salad crisper has a gap underneath and also in front of the crisper, the bottom of the refrigerator slopes towards the back preventing any water running down the front of the fridge and causing a water puddle at the bottom of the item.
Overall this is a brilliant product that I would highly recommend to friends and family. "
