"Was keen to buy Samsung again as we’ve had washing machine for 5 years and it hasn’t missed a beat through fairly heavy use. So far, the dryer has not let us down, plugged it in and was ready to go, finding it very quiet and efficient at drying (just don’t overfill!). superb product."

"Bought this to replace a washer dryer from Candy/Hoover which broke after 18 months are hardly any use. So we got a separate washer and dryer. This seems to have all the features we need and is a lot quieter. However the end tune can get annoying, but it can be turned off.
Seems to clear a lot quicker than the last washing machine as it weighed the load."

"I did product reasearch for months on heat pump tumble dryers and finally took the plunge to invest.
It’s worth every penny and very economical to use according to my smart meter readings when it’s on.
Loads of features which are gentle on fabrics and efficiently dry everything you can wash!
Procrastination is the greatest robber or joy. If you’re thinking of getting this machine go for it, you won’t regret your solid choice."

"The programs as clear and easy to use. The washing comes out soft and smelling nice. The drier is more efficient and dries much quicker than any of the driers we have had previously. The drier adjusts the drying time according to the load and moisture in the drum. Drying times are much shorter than indicated when the programs are first selected. Overall excellent buy."

"We had recently purchased a Samsung washing machine which we have been really happy with and decided to go with Samsung again for the tumble dryer. Slightly more expensive for the heat pump model but the lower energy use and drying without that harsh heat on your clothes makes up for it. As with the washing machine the build quality is great and in graphite it looks good too. Very easy to use. Good service from AO."
