"Bought this tumble dryer just under a year ago. AO were great delivery was fast and personnel were pleasant. We have been generally happy with the tumble dryer. However, sometimes it stops without drying the clothes. Today whilst preparing school uniforms for the start of term, the tumble dryer started showing the door close error and will not work. It is less than a year old and cannot be used. We are a busy family with two young children. It is appalling that the dryer would fail in such a short space of time especially considering the cost, I see the price of this machine has come down since last year. In the past I have owned much cheaper dryers all of which have lasted at least 5 years. Samsung repair service is outsourced and the next available repair appointment is in 1 week. Absolutely useless!!!! Do not waste your money on this machine. I hardly ever write reviews but I am so annoyed with the quality of this machine."

"this dryer is nice and quiet, its sensor works well and it stops when the clothes are dry, we normally only use dryer to finish the dry so this is ideal for that. Thankfully the water tank is at the top - has visible water level and is easy to empty (our previous one was at the base and a real pain)
one downside is its a little deeper (69cm) than previous/and the washing machine and my space is tight so it sticks out a little - not an issue as its in a utility room but check your space if you want it flush"
"Really happy with this dryer the clothes are dried a lot quicker than my old condenser dryer and it is really quiet compared to past dryers I’ve had would highly recommend "

"Easy to install, we plumbed drain into our master drain so no emptying the water catch tank. Nice and big.
few minor negatives
- The samsung logo is grey rather than mirror silver like the washing machine (even though the rest of them match).
- Clothes are coming out quite crinkled
- the bottom filter door is hard to open and instructions recommend cleaning it every other use which is a lot. "
