"This dryer uses a third of the energy of a conventional dryer. The results is that my utility room doesn’t feel like an oven when the washing is being dried. The electricity saved each year is enough to drive my car for a month!! The Samsung is quiet and efficient and gentle on the clothes. This is terrific."

"Initially I was concerned about moving from a condensing dryer to a Heat Pump dryer, I shouldn't have been! Whatever time differences there are between them are negligible and this machine drys items perfectly! There are an abundance of features which I am yet to try, including a rack for drying trainers! What I was also surprised to learn was that this has a drainage hose and can be set to drain directly rather than into the tank. Not something I had through of before but I may be hooking that up to make this an even easier product to use/maintain. "

"To replace a previous heat pump dryer.
This is great, not too noisy and drys clothes quick for a heat pump.
Sheets do get a little tangled but everything else not a problem"

"After having had my last dryer for 9 years this Samsung Dryer is so efficient; no condensation or noise. The programmes are easy to understand and take into account what you have put into it, this makes it more efficient to run. Overall, would recommend if you are happy to pay a little more."

"Bought this couple years ago from AO (AO have been fine). Have had call-outs three times now to fix various problems. Design is fundamentally flawed - automatic drying does not work. The machine does whatever it wants even on Time Dry - e.g. set for 2 hours (because auto dry doesn't work) and the thing is still going after 3 hours thus a fire risk. Appalling waste of money"
