"I went from a vented tumble dryer to this one.
I was a bit worried about the time and drying aspect of the new dryer as I’ve had a condenser dryer in the past but didn’t like it at all.
I’ve now had this dryer a couple of weeks and I’m more than happy with it.
It does take a little bit longer than the vented but not too much. Also it gets the clothes dry enough to put straight away.
I’m very happy with it. I wish I’d bought it sooner. "

"We bought a heat pump dryer a couple of years ago that was rubbish and we went back to a condenser dryer. This samsung heat pump dryer is brilliant. It senses when the clothes are dry so doesn't waste energy and dries clothes quicker than our last dryer. Highly recommend this machine. "

"Fantastic tumble dryer, easy to install and use. The dryer itself is stylish and matches the washing machine so would go well side by side, or one above the other like I have. Lots of settings for whatever you need to dry, yet to try out the shoe dryer.
