"Purchased to replace a previous Sharp model of the same size, was disappointed to find it has several shortcomings by comparison.
Firstly, despite being the same internal volume this oven is shorter, preventing use of the oven with several stacked trays. This brings me onto my second point - it has no shelves or slides in which to mount them. I've had to make some out of third party components in order to use the convection and grill functions effectively.
The other issue is that it takes much longer than our previous Sharp to preheat the oven or to get the grill up to temperature.
I suspect the next model up (considerably more expensive) may be a better bet if you can afford it. This one is fine if you really don't tend to use the non-microwave functions more than occasionally."

"Bought this item to replace my previous smaller version and also as I wanted to get rid of my main oven and have this item as my main source of oven.
No complaints, cooks the food as it is meant to. "

"Love this microwave! We had the previous model for about four years and it was in constant use
The Panacrunch feature is super. One thing not so good is that it is smaller inside and I need more capacity rather than less. Also the interior light is a bit mean. Overall however it is an excellent product."

"It really grills (slowly), it really bakes (as long as the turntable is used for even distribution) and it really microwaves.
