"it is an oven ,it cooks things ,it is easy to control turn a knob and it tells you what the settings are on the display, if you do not want to use the fancy settings stick with the ones you are used to ,it is easy ,turn the other knob and it tells you the temperature settings ,all in all it does what it should "cooks""

"Really nice item, looks great and with this being the version with the rotary knobs not entirely touch button, it seems easier to use when it is set lower in an oven housing or undercounter.
Very pleased so far, and the service and delivery from AO.com was excellent as normal. I think we had it sat in the hallway, about 29 hours after having ordered it! The guys who delivered it were great, very helpful friendly and spot on time too. Cheers

Takes a while with new appliances to work out the controls. This oven so far seems fairly intuitive.
Reasonable size for most meals.
Like other reviews only one shelf is not good. Never a plan for bakers who need more shelf space for circulation for batch baking.
Guess they know we will all have to buy another one so more money laid out.
Overall a good product at a fair price.

All the specifications on ao and on Hotpoint say there is a defrost function ,spoke to hotpoint who apologised but confirmed there is NO DEFROST FUNCTION on this model ,shame as this is a function I wanted ,apart from that I'm pleased with the oven ."
