"Love this oven. Great price. Love the pre heat to temperature and then it tells you it's ready to cook. No constantly checking to see if its ready. All the controls pop out and in so you have nothing but a flat surface to brush past against when its built in.
Has a system to help with the cleaning that I haven't tried yet but anything that helps to clean an oven is an advantage."

"A very classy looking oven that really does what is says on the tin. Very easy to fit and secure with 2 screws. Slightly complicated instructions st first as there are more features on this oven than our old one, but getting used to it now."

"This was bought as a replacement for an old cooker that only had 2 functions and took ages to pre heat.
I have been using it for several weeks and I love this oven, it preheats quickly, can cope with several shelves of food and the timer functions are great.
At first I was a bit daunted by all the functions and settings, but they are pretty much self explanatory."

"The oven itself is very easy to use with simple settings for Meat, Poultry, Pastries, Bread...etc. It even tells you which shelf to place the food on. Oven is very large-perfect for our family.
The only issue I had was one of the shelf runners was damaged, i didn’t realise until a week after I had received the oven. Hotpoint sent an engineer and this was replaced In under a minute. The engineer fortunately arrived first thing at 9am -although had given a 4 hour window the day before which I had to arrange to be home for. I’m sure the part could have just been sent out?
The actual Ao initial delivery was absolutely faultless-a 2 hour window give and I was able to track the driver. Will definitely use AO again."
