"This machine washes effectively however the spin produces a dissapointing result, particularly with less items in the drum. There is no half load option to potentially resolve this issue. Frustratingly once the door locks it does not unlock when paused should an additional item need to be added."

"I would not recommend this washing machine. Horrendous temperamental spin cycle. During one washing programme it was so noisy, I thought the washing machine was going to explode. It travelled that far out of the unit that it has damaged my new kitchen. Due to this the cavity is dented in 5/6 places. Fobbed off by Stoves engineer who told me to fold the clothes neatly before placing in the drum, amongst other pearlers!!! Not happy terrible purchase. Would rather use a mangle than this washing mashing! "

"The machine itself is great! It's easy to use, quiet, there's very little vibration, it has a wide range of features and it does a good job. Unfortunately, there are a few issues. Firstly, the water supply hose that comes with the machine is woefully short. Next, the drain filter is located behind the kick-board - we should have picked up on this from the photo, but it does mean that the kick-board needs to be removed to clean the filter. Finally, the cabinet door hinges that are supplied are a bit rubbish - there's absolutely no side-to-side adjustment on them, so unless the adjacent cabinet doors are spot on (millimetre perfect), there's very little point in using the door drill template that's supplied with the machine. "

"I am very disappointed that the normal wash is 40 degrees as I always use a 30 degree default wash. Also on the 40 degree wash I cannot spin at 1400 without more than doubling the machine time. All in all not as good as my old machine which is very disappointing"
