"Had this machine for several months during which time the machine has literally "walked" forward with a crashing against the kitchen units on numerous occassions.
Manufacturer cannot provide an explanation but is now swapping the machine and I have selected a completely different model. Awaiting repair of units damaged.

"After about a month, the machine on spin cycle was banging the work surface I had to leave the house. The kettle nearly fell off the surface. I’ve had three ao engineers out. One saying it’s faulty. Stoves engineer out- saying it’s the plank of wood I’ve got the machine on causing it to move. So I can only use the 15 minute wash and delicate wash. Such a shame. Would not recommend"
