" I have had several different Hotpoint appliances over the the years and have had good reliable service from their products, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotpoint or AO I would say buy with confidence, you won't regret it this is based on my own Hotpoint experience. This product is a sleek good looking appliance that looks good fits in with my modern traditional kitchen,I find photocopying instructions for the new appliance to the inside of the door of a kitchen cabinet close to appliance as I find this helps as a handy reference when first using it until I am familiar with settings and handy for maybe the odd occasional time I may venture to try one of the other programs that the product has . I found the automatic functions for even warming a single container of fluid over complicated , and prefer to use straight forward microwave function , power level and timer to heat foods up over the complicated automatic functions, My only critique would be to all manufacturers in general and not to Hotpoint specifically and not to this this particular product is when designing or updating products try not to over complicate usage , simplicity is best as most people only use one or two of the many programs you dream up, and consider going back to turn knob controls instead of touch pad and annoying beeps where you have to go through entire menu of programs to get back to the one you want. Turning a knob so much easier. But am I pleased with my Hotpoint built in Microwave/grill product yes I am and I look forward to many years service like my Hotpoint main built in oven now 12years old daily usage not a single problem (fingers crossed). PS: Only replacing microwave as the one built in wasn't a Hotpoint
the one built in which had barely any use looked like new but wouldn't heat up. I was told my faulty product was obsolete when talking to the manufacturer of my faulty product customer service so I was unable to get it fixed.. And went for Hotpoint based on my other Hotpoint appliances which have given me years of excellent service. thank you.
My shopping experience with AO was a pleasure, well laid out website, good product information, ease of ordering ( no over complicated todo), prompt confirmation and delivery by very helpful polite cheerful delivery men even in the pouring rain. So many big companies seem to forget that shopping has to be a pleasant experience and this is what brings shoppers back to them. AO excelled Thank you.

"Lovely microwave matches perfectly with oven really good product performance "
"Controls a little finicky and non intuitive, however, heating options and plate size are good. Overall a good product with a good cosmetic finish. Note the lower part of the product is black so you are left with a slight black rim at the bottom of the door. This may put some people off. "
