"When the oven arrived I used it to cook dinner for my son. I thought it was a bit difficult to use because the signage on the buttons was unusual.Only realised the day after I used it for the first time that the buttons had been put in in the wrong positions by the manufacturer and so there was no way of knowing what temperature you were actually cooking at (ended up giving the kids food poisoning thinking I was cooking at 200oC when in actual fact I was cooking at more like 120oC/150oC). Had to wait a week for someone to come and do a “report” on it, only for him to pop the buttons off and switch them around. To say I am totally fuming about the whole debacle is an understatement. "
"Just moved into a new property and found out the oven didn’t work so needed to get one quickly. The Hotpoint double oven looks great and I have no complaints about the cooking. Looks of different oven functions and massive oven space. Very happy customer. "

"Bought this as a replacement for a beko oven which let me down several times so hoping for much better with this oven. Looks very sleek, feels good quality I like the way the knobs push in flush when oven not in use makes it look good. Cooking wise early days but seems to be good only disappointing thing for me was the fact you only get one oven tray and the grill pan not full width of the grill otherwise would definitely recommend for the money.

"Basic oven which I expected for the price.
The temperature and functions are almost impossible for me to read as they are actually on the knobs and not positioned around the knobs on the front of the cooker."
