"Great double oven, does what its supposed too
Only disappointment is that condensation can run from the oven door onto the floor, or more importantly your foot which could give you a nasty surprise "

"Lovely looking oven until you try to use controls, very hard to turn.. oven not great on it at all, took 2 hours to do jacket potato then it was still not cooked.

Very Hot to touch outer door and top oven floor even after turned off. Would not recommend if children in the home. Have been told temperature is within permitted limits. "

"Really pleased with look and functionality of new oven for the price. I have now produced several meals with the new oven and it performs very well.
Particularly like that it has two grills, top and main oven and have found the timer / alarm when ready function very useful.
Appliance does everything a much more expensive item would do but actually still looks well finished and stylish in black.
AO customer service was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way.
Have to say that the delivery drivers were brilliant too, they kept me informed on the morning of the delivery and were very helpful and polite.
Will definitely buy from AO again based on this very positive experience.
