"Looks nice & easy to install however this oven had a faulty grill which I discovered from its first use . Thought this wouldn’t be a problem as it was only a few days old and on the front was a larger sticker saying 10 year guarantee and it comes with a one year warranty . So after quite a few phone calls & trying to sell me an extended warranty it’s not going to be looked at until 24th January! What an appalling service will never buy from AO again . Luckily the oven works however cooks slower than expected . "
