"Bought this as old one had given up.
From start to finish was a breeze, ordered from AO picked a delivery date and removal of old oven.
Driver phoned on the day, brought new one in and took old one away.
Son's a electrician so was installed in 5 minutes.
So far so good . Cooks nice and even"

"I am very pleased with all aspects of this double oven. The features cover everything that you need, to cook and time a good variety of dishes, be it a family meal or a quick meal for one. It looks very good in the kitchen, it even has a feature to quickly warm plates. As it is eye level it makes placing and removing cooked food safer to handle. Very pleased with purchase. "

"Bad design, you get an additional condensate drip tray that must be fitted, which I did but it has proved ineffective ruining the drawer unit below the oven, hotpoint not interested having sent out an engineer to check installation. Stay Away from Whirlpool, Indesit and Hotpoint "
