"I really like dealing with AO most professional. Oven turned up ontime . One knob hade a stripe on it got in touch with customer service department who said they would get in touch with the supplier to send a replacement. Very easy. The grill pan was quite flimsy. I wish I had kept the o!d one ,generally well please d so far cooked a roast with no problems.

"This oven is a bargain.Nice looking and very easy to use I think even my husband could use this.Instructions for using very easy to follow after having a much more technical oven that was a nightmare this is a joy."

"This matches my built in hotpoint microwave so well it looks like one unit.
So quiet I had to check it was on. Supplied with plenty of shelves , so great for batch baking. and the icing on the cake? it cooks evenly on every shelf .
Easy to keep clean, a quick wipe when cooking done and looks like new.

"My last double oven was Hotpoint so I knew more or less what I was getting with the new one but this one is slightly improved from the last. The dials are easier to read, the numbers are written around the dial on the actually faceplate rather than on the actual dial which was always a problem for me as I wear biphocals and had to angle my head so that I could read through the small bottom lens. Other than that the settings are easy to work just as they were in the old one and the oven actually works well, whether using top or bottom oven or grill. All in all a good oven."

"I’ve only had this oven a week but so far, I'm really pleased. I spent a lot of time reading reviews trying to find the best oven, so many ovens have mixed reviews but this was one of the best so I thought I would give it a try. I’m not disappointed. I made my favourite gingerbread last week as a test and it came out much better than I expected. It’s quiet, I had to keep checking it was still on. The trays are good quality and strong. I like that you get 3 trays and the grill pan comes with a handle, some of the ovens I looked at had thin flimsy trays. If you are struggling to decide I would recommend this oven."
