"The oven was damaged and only decided to tell us once it was fitted. There was no trays with it either. The customer service was appalling when trying to solve these issues. "

"So far so good with a few niggles. Oven heating seems to work well but the grill cutting out as a safety feature(!) after 8 minutes is a bit confusing. As similar to most comments - having the temp readouts on the underside of those thick temp dials makes them harder to read, though I like the chunkiness of the dials.
Finally, it was hard work to install for us as it is definitely deeper than our previous oven and I had to move the control box that was there as it happened to be in the same position as the control box on the oven itself. Do take careful note of the dimensions.
Onto the good things: the main one for us is having two ovens which is brilliant. The rest... well it functions like it should do!"

"This is the second double oven I've ordered from AO. I have recently moved home and ordered the same one again. Excellent service, can't fault them.
Love this Hotpoint double oven."
