"Bought this new on 2nd March. First time I used the grill it cut out after around 12 minutes and refused to come back on for another 6-7 minutes, by which time it was almost cold. AO very efficient, took up the issue with Hotpoint who authorised a replacement. This arrived on Monday and guess what, it has the same problem. Today a Hotpoint engineer arrived to look at the problem. He assured me that the cutting out is normal and is due to eco settings!
