"Despite the notes on ensuring the old product was outside ready for collection, delivery guys had no qualms about bringing the new one into my house. This time they didn't even pause for me to ask them to remove the packaging. As a result, I didn't have time to check the oven, but it did arrive broken. I had to contact customer services, who all credit to them, were quick to resolve and gave me a small credit.
Update: The broken part did arrive quite quickly."

"I'm really pleased with this stainless steel Hotpoint 'fitted under' double oven. It's to replace my previous oven (the same model in white) so it's an oven I know and like - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I find that having 2 ovens is so useful and would never be tempted to switch back to a single. In fact, I can't understand why anyone would sacrifice the ability to cook at different temperatures simultaneously. Admittedly single ovens are a little cheaper, but to my mind the convenience and flexibility of a double oven considerably outweigh the slight additional cost.
I rate Hotpoint ovens highly. They may not have the highest spec or be the flashiest on the market, but I've always found them to be functional, reliable and smart - yet at the lower end of the range of prices. In terms of value for money, I think this oven is a steal."
