"Wanted something just that bit bigger than a normal 4 burner hob so this at first glance fitted the requirement.
Seems to be well made and all of the burners appear to be really effective and with the larger burners at the back, it makes positioning of pans much easier than having to "search" for a small pan behind a big one!!
However, the Pan Supports are really slippy to a point where you really do have to hold the pans tight if for instance you are stirring a sauce or something similar. I really do think that Hotpoint should consider making the Supports either flat or grippy, unfinished cast iron. At least that way the pans would be less likely to slide, which could be considered a safety issue.
That said, our family are aware so we will be vigilant!
Overall the product would be 4.5 stars and if it didn't have the issue above it would be 5 stars for quality and value."

"AO priced matched all items that we wanted as we shopped around and also give free timed delivery. Delivery from AO is always a great service. My mom had a dishwasher from Argos last week and the delivery service was terrible as they failed to delivery on the day she had booked. I will only buy my appliances from AO."
