"Good oven, good size comes with two drip trays and one rack would have preferred another rack. The only thing I find is it takes long, more than 10 minutes to preheat to the correct temperature that's why it got four stars. Also, before first use the instructions say to heat the oven to the highest temperature for an hour but I noticed after that there was a rim mark from the rubber seal left on the oven glass which was disappointing because it doesn't wipe off."
