"I researched this oven on several sites and found the AO pages the most informative. The cost, delivery options and service were by far superior to other vendors.
The oven itself was very easy to install, we simply plugged it in, slotted it into the cavity and away we went!
The digital clock screen and multi-function settings are easy to use. Just need to do some more baking to explore the proving and bake functions now.
Would highly recommend AO for service and the hotpoint product at 5 stars for the price. "

"I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me. When the timer goes off it can barely be heard even when I am in the kitchen. If I am in another room it cannot be heard. I don't know if this is a fault. I have contacted Hotpoint and they said that the timer is quieter than older models but quiet is a bit of an understatement."
