"The oven was exactly what we needed, at a competitive price, and great delivery. However, I have been bombarded with marketing emails from ao.com, even though I opted out of them on the order form. Also had a hard-sell phone call for completely unnecessary and unwanted insurance for the oven - again, even though I opted out. The product is great, but ao.com is a VERY PUSHY company, and I have not been impressed with their hard-sell follow up, unwanted "services"."

"Love the look of it , but unless my husband has lost the manual the instructions of all the settings are very basic and don’t offer much info, did use the proofing oven which was fab "
