"This product was exactly as described and very well made. The fridge section is very spacious and well though out. I like the 2 bottle rack which saves space. Its very quiet and looks good quality. It has a temperature indicator on the fridge door which is very helpful. This is a 60/40 split ideally I wanted a 50/50 spilt but am managing well so far with less freezer space. It looks nice in my new kitchen."

"The first one had to to returned within the warranty period - from the start it didn’t work as it should, an engineer had to visit and ultimately it completely broke down. It’s replacement has just malfunctioned after just over 2 years of use. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this model! "
"I ordered this fridge/freezer for my recent kitchen upgrade. Unfortunately I found that in the allocated space the door did not open far enough to allow the salad drawer to be pulled out. I phoned ao and there was no problem to arrange an exchange. I had a different model delivered within 2 days and the first order was taken away without charge. That is fantastic service. Thank you!

"Needed 2 warranty visits in first 12 months to fix frost build up issues. After 16 months, just out of warranty, now causing mains RCD trips due to failing defrost heater. Not good."
