"This hob looks good, was easy to fit, cleans easily but is OH so slow, slow, slow too respond.
It drives me nuts when I'm cooking as it takes so long to get things to the boil, going on and off, on and off, all the time. When you then want to reduce the temperature it takes for ever to get it the temperature down, still going on and off - red, black - all the time.
I find that I can't go away and leave something simmering because of the fluctuating temperature, getting very hot, then cooling down, then too hot again.
I have had this hob for nearly 9 months now and intend to change it as soon as I can and hope to find a hob which is responsive and which I can once again enjoy cooking on."

"It is a fairly significant change for us as we have been used to Halogen on a couple of rings and therefore very fast pre-heating. We were quite restricted as we could not make the aperture any larger and settled on what we considered to be the best hob for the space.
We find the digital controls hard to get used to after the more analogue knobs, but we will get used to this hob over a period. It is a good looking piece of equipment and fits perfectly. The installers were brilliant."
