"Unfortunately the hob I ordered was no longer available. AO contacted me to let me know and gave me a free upgrade to this one. I’m very pleased with it and to be honest surprised at how good the customer service was, I was half expecting them to just say not available here’s your money back. "

"I purchased one of their gas hobs based on previous reviews. However, I found that the screws for the securing clamps wouldn't screw in to the holes and the diagram for the underside of the hob in the user manual did not reflect the underside of the actual hob.
I couldn’t apply the supplied seal material properly and food and collects in the gap between the edge of the hob and the seal.
Even if the screws for the clamps were the right size, the location of the clamp fixings in relation to my kitchen cabinets wouldn’t allow me to locate 2 of the clamps in their designated positions and thus preventing the hob from being secured at all.
The large work burner keeps cutting out for no apparent reason when left on the minimum setting which is absolutely infuriating. The smaller rings heat up far too quickly on their minimum settings and therefore it is difficult to simmer or slow cook. Finally the height of the wok burner supports are higher than the other pan supports which limits the size of pans that can be used on adjacent rings.
